Pil Pil Hostel informa a sus clientes, pasados, presentes y futuros así como a todos sus colaboradores y al publico en general, que cumplirá con todas las obligaciones suscritas por sus sedes de Bilbao y de Madrid, no obstante y sin perjuicio, de las hasta ahora anunciadas, medidas especiales de prevención y mitigación del COVID19.
Así mismo serán de aplicación todas las politicas de cancelación suscritas enre Pil Pil Hostel y las partes interesadas:

En el marco del escenario de Contención Reforzada, declarado por el Gobierno de España se han decretado medidas especiales, entre otras, que afectan a los centros educativos con vigencia desde el Miercoles 11 de Marzo y durante 14 días. Dichas medidas no afectan la movilidad, ni las pernoctaciones turísticas, por lo cual Pil Pil Hostel no aprecia motivo de Fuerza Mayor, justificado ni de caracter excepcional, para exhimir de las politicas de cancelación aplicables a las reservas que se desarrollen en el citado periodo.

Within the framework of the Reinforced Containment scenario, declared by the Government of Spain, special measures have been enacted, among others, which affect the educational centers in force since Wednesday, March 11 and for 14 days. These measures do not affect mobility, or tourist overnight stays, so Pil Pil Hostel does not appreciate any reason of Force Majeure, justified or of an exceptional nature, to exempt cancellation policies accessible to reservations that are unfolded in the aforementioned period .
