NOCNOC Lyon Préfecture consists of 4 apartments located in the same building, the apartments are interconnected by a lift.

There is the possibility to book a large meeting room on the ground floor, depending on availability.

Composed of 4 apartments, this Lyon building will make you spend an unforgettable stay in our beautiful city of Lyon. Located close to public transport and only 5 minutes walk from the city centre.

Each apartment is spacious and equipped with 4 to 5 bedrooms, ideal for your professional stays or your meetings with family or friends. All apartmentsare PMR compliant and are equipped with a PMR bathroom with a shower and a toiletas well asanother shower and a separate toilet. The kitchensareall equipped so that you can carry out your culinary follies.

All our apartments are equipped with a free Wi-Fi connection, hotel quality towels and sheets, toiletries and a Nespresso coffee machine. You will be able to reach a member of our team throughout your stay. Check-in/out can be done independently thanks to a key box on the landing.

Cleaning is included in the rental. The cleaning is included in the rental price. The cleaning costs will be directly included in the total price. A deposit is required for the apartment, a pre-authorization on your card will be made the day before your arrival and will be released 7 days after your departure. The deposit will only be debited in case of a problem during your stay. In case of a party or a complaint from the neighbours about noise after 10 pm the totality of the deposit will be debited.

For late check-in (after the regular check-in time) we ask an extra charge of 10€ per hour.

Ideal for families with children (an umbrella bed can be provided free of charge on request) and also ideal for your professional events (seminars, training courses, trips...) thanks to a large living room.
