Gîtes du Moulin Neuf

At 3 km from Clisson, in the heart of the Vignoble Nantais, the Moulin Neuf Gîtes village welcomes you in its self-catering gîte for groups of 30 people with a professional kitchen and a 50m² reception room.

For your family gatherings, birthdays, weddings, associative meetings... you will enjoy the exceptional natural setting of the banks of the Sèvre Nantaise and the authentic charm of this old weaver's village with its Moulin à Foulon.

The gîte is composed of 3 levels:

- first floor: reception room of 50m² for 49 people maximum, with a professionally equipped kitchen (dishes included). The evenings are authorized with a cut of the catches at 2h of the morning. 2 WC.

- 1st floor: 1 room with 4 single beds + washbasin, 2 rooms with 2 single beds + washbasin, 2 rooms with 6 single beds (of which 2 bunk beds) + washbasin. 3 showers + 3 WC.

- 2nd floor: 1 room with 4 single beds + sink, 4 rooms with 2 single beds + sink. 1 equipped kitchen. 3 showers + 3 WC.

- garden on the river with barbecue and wooden forest tables.

- other: TV. Washing machine. Bed linen and towels included. Free Wifi access. Free private parking (not supervised). Possibility of a cleaning package for 250€.

From the parking lot, access to the gite and the river is via a small footpath (no vehicle access).

Possibility to complete the sleeping arrangements with other gîtes of 2/4 places, 5 places, 4/6 places or 8/10 places on the same site (village of 11 gîtes for a total capacity of 82 beds).
