All our apartments, from 2 to 6 people, are furnished and equipped, connected to the fiber with a free high speed wifi. You can stay for a night, a week or more...

The Appart'Hotel Appart'City La Roche Sur Yon Centre offers comfortable and independent 3-star accommodation with private parking and free Wi-Fi connection. The reception is open from Monday to Friday from 8am to 12pm and from 3pm to 8pm, on Saturday from 8am to 12pm and from 2pm to 5pm and on Sunday from 8am to noon. The reception is closed on public holidays. Our 107 apartments are all furnished and equipped with a kitchen including hotplates, refrigerator, microwave and dishware kit. From the studio to the 3 room apartment that can accommodate up to 6 people, they will meet your needs for a short or long stay. For more comfort, our team recommends that you opt for the à la carte services, such as cleaning or laundry.

OUR SERVICES

For your comfort, our team recommends you to opt for our à la carte services like daily cleaning or laundry. We will gladly welcome your pet. You will be able to benefit from a secure outdoor or underground parking! New: Pizzas available at the reception. An office space is available in all our apartments as well as free wifi.
