The family-run Panorama Hotel Traunstein offers modern rooms, each
with a private balcony. Within a 10-minute walk, guests can reach the
centre of Altmünster and Lake Traun, which offers waterskiing, beach
volleyball, miniature golf, and a large adventure trail.

Each morning, the chef prepares a rich breakfast, with full grain and
natural products, sausage specialities, and homemade cheeses. The
restaurant serves Austrian dishes and a selection of pastries.

The rooms have a private bathroom with a shower and cable TV. They are all decorated in bright colours and materials.

An outdoor pool is 900 metres away and can be used at an additional cost.

Popular local attractions include Castle Orth, beautifully set in a
lake, just 20 minutes away on foot. Bicycle rental is available 500
metres away, and horseback riding 1 km away. In winter, the ski bus
stops right outside the house, and takes 20 minutes to reach the
Feuerkogel Ski Area.
